Part-Time Associate Job description
​
-Part-time remote positions available for California residents
-Offer telemental health psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, polycules, and families who reside in California (in-person sessions pending Covid-19 updates)
-Carry a caseload of 10-20 clients
-Document client sessions via progress and psychotherapy notes
-Create and implement treatment plans
-Follow direction and guidance from Supervisors
-Responsible for keeping Associate Registration with BBS current, fulfill BBS requirements, and be in good standing.
-Participate in team meetings and activities
-Multiple supervisors available for both individual and group supervision who have experience with 1 or more of the following methods:
-Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
-Somatic Psychotherapy
-Sex Therapy
-Transgender and Non-binary Affirming Psychotherapy
-Existential Psychotherapy
-Intersectional Feminist perspectives
-Client-centered Psychotherapy
-Adlerian Psychotherapy
-Art Therapy

Requirements

-Must reside in California
-Must be have current registration with BBS, have an Associate number and be eligible to work in private practice
-Commit to 1-year Associateship
-Experience and training supporting: QTBIPOC clients, clients who are sex workers, and clients with disabilities
-Reside in California
-Responsible for keeping Registration with BBS current and be in good standing
-Ongoing access to computer and smartphone, with an excellent internet connection and microphone/headset
-Private room for remote client sessions
-Excellent communication skills

-Full-time remote positions available for California residents
-Offer tele-mental health psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, polycules, and families who reside in California (in-person sessions pending Covid-19 updates)

-Must have current License, and BBS qualifications to supervise Associates in a private practice setting
-Responsible for keeping License with BBS current and be in good standing
-Responsible for fulfilling BBS Supervisor requirements
-Document client sessions via progress and psychotherapy notes
-Create and implement treatment plans
-Document Supervision sessions
-Participate in team meetings and activities
-Provide supervision to 3 Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (in-person supervision pending Covid-19 updates)
-Will be matched with Associates based on fit

-Commit to 1 year as a full-time supervisor and psychotherapist

Job description
​
-Part-time remote position 20 hr week-California Residents only

Responsibilities
-Provide remote administrative support to CEO, JS Very (Giovanni Trimble) and Story Teller/Chief of Staff, David Romero
-Attend all video conferencing meetings and take detailed notes
-Manage accurate financial records and light company book-keeping
-Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal and external colleagues/companies/clients
-Organize and book client sessions, supervision meetings, clinical consultation, and team meetings via tele-mental health platforms and Google Workspace
-Ensure that the company and employees meet timelines and goals
-Handle correspondence directed to supervisors and CEO
-Onboard new employees
-Model Chosen Family Therapy, vision, mission, and values
-Manage payroll and employee benefits
-Produce reports and presentations
-Post updates to social media sites
-Maintain and improve current systems for time-efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Requirements
-Must reside in California
-2 years of administrative experience working at a HIPAA covered entity, and extensive knowledge of HIPAA compliance
-2 years of bookkeeping experience using Intuit Quickbooks accounting software for business bookkeeping and taxes
-Excellent technology skills and familiarity with using Google Workspace, Gusto, and Tele-mental health platforms
-Owns a smartphone and computer with the capability of downloading tele-mental health and video conferencing apps, excellent microphone and headset for video conferencing
-Reliable access to a private room with a strong internet connection
-Must know how to use Google Workspace in compliance with HIPAA and the HITECH Act
