What to expect from our Psychotherapy sessions
Multi-degreed and multi-hyphenate, I believe I am a conduit for equity and storytelling.
My journey of the exploration of endurance has led me to the study and practice of Marriage and Family Therapy.
I’ve enjoyed learning about the foundations of theoretical practices, but have become enamored with the application - using therapy to improve peoples' quality of life.
My methodology of choice is Emotion-Focused Therapy; "If you can't feel it, you can't fix it."
I pride myself on contributing to the community of practitioners, historically known for the disproportionate representation of womxn of color.
My commitment is to serving the true reflection of the world we live in, through a mission of awareness, communication, and healing.

About Me
I've lived and worked in Chicago, New York City, Memphis, and Los Angeles as an artist, educator, and entrepreneur and have settled into my therapy practice in Southern California. Currently, I am generating an adult workbook that addresses my generation’s epidemic of FOMO (fear of missing out) and compare and despair. I am committed to producing scientifically sound work that utilizes the current culture to heal the interpersonal relationships within family and couple dynamics.
